We are pleased to offer our Chulu West Peak Climbing trip, which combines a classic trekking route in the Annapurna region with a challenging climbing expedition. This trekking peak is suitable for experience? trekkers and amateur climbers who wish to climb a demanding trekking peak in the western Annapurna region of Nepal. The view from the summit is truly breathtaking, and the trip will give you the thrilling climbing and trekking adventure of a lifetime with marvelous Himalayan panoramas and the Tibet plateau so close to you on the northern side.
As the Chulu West Peak climbing is a physically demanding trekking peak in Nepal, it requires outstanding personal commitment, and previous trekking or climbing experience is preferable. Thus, we have organized a unique climbing training course with our very experienced climbing guides, in which you will learn and practice all the climbing techniques you will need, including – the practical use of crampons, ice axes, ropes, etc., to make sure that you master all the required skills and boost your confidence. This will ensure that you have a challenging but safe and successful climbing experience to climb the summit, an incredible experience.
Our well-experienced climbing guide will accompany you on the Chulu West Peak climbing, and all personal and group climbing gear will be provided, including climbing boots. All meals and permits are included for a hassle-free trip, and we offer safety backup with supplementary Oxygen and a medical kit. Our responsible trekking policy is 1 Trekker: 1 Porter, and we will ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

The itinerary for the Chulu West Peak climbing trip.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Cultural Tours and Preparation for the Chulu West Peak Climbing
Day 3: Drive to Besisahar and the trek starts with Chulu peak climbing.
Day 4-8: Trek to Manang.
Day 9-12: Climb to Chulu West Base Camp and Climb practice.
Day 13: Climbing Chulu High Camp.
Day 14-15: Summit the Chulu West (6,250m).
Day 16-19: Trek to Jomsom.
Day 20-21: Drive to Kathmandu.
Day 22: Chulu West Peak climbing ends / Departure.
Cost Includes
- Airport arrival and departure transfers per your flight arrival details.
- Standard hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara on a twin share bed-and-breakfast basis per the itinerary.
- Welcome dinner as listed in the Chulu peak climbing itinerary.
- Half-day guided city tour with world heritage entrance fees as in the itinerary.
- Private transportation to and from the starting and ending points of the trek as applicable.
- Full board meals (open / choice menu) while trekking (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).
- Properly boiled drinking water, tea, and coffee while on a peak climbing trip in the Annapurna region.
- Accommodation in a tea house or lodge while trekking.
- Accommodation in a Tented camp while Clulu West peak climbing.
- Chulu West Peak Climbing Permit Royalty and other government taxes.
- Climbing Clinic Course at Chulu West base camp.
- All required Personal and Group Climbing gear: Plastic climbing boot, crampons, climbing rope, ice axe, Jumar, harness, a figure of eight, Carabineer, etc.
- Trip Gears – sleeping bag, inner fleecer liner, down jacket, rain poncho, etc., for use during the trip.
- All required camping gear, including the member tent
- Professional local experienced Trek Leader / Guide trained in Wilderness First Aid.
- Supplementary Oxygen cylinder or Portable Altitude Chamber (PAC) / Gamow Bag (A life-saving device in case of Acute Mountain Sickness) along with the comprehensive First Aid Kit.
- Well-experienced Climbing guide with all his allowance and expenses.
- Trekking cook, kitchen staff, Trek Sherpa, and other support staff.
- Porter is to carry all personal gear and group equipment with proper insurance coverage and required gear.
- Duffle bag, T-shirts, and trek map
- Peak climbing certificate issued from the respective body of the Nepal Government.
- TIMS / Trekking permit, National park / Conservation entry fees.
Cost excludes
- Nepal entry Visa fees.
- Travel insurance of any kind, international airfare, and airport tax.
- All drinks and main meals in cities, tips, and items of personal expenses like hot shower, battery charge, phone calls, and beverage drinks.
- Drinking water is also not included.
