The Rolwaling trek is a challenging and adventurous trek that takes you through the pristine wilderness of Nepal. The trek is nestled between the Langtang range and the Everest range, offering trekkers breathtaking views of some of the highest peaks in the world, including the Mt. Everest, Langtang, Jugal Himal, and Mt. Gauri Shanker.

The trek route takes you on an interesting and varied passage, where you will come across pristine glaciers, high passes, and snow-fed lakes. This trek offers an opportunity for an intimate encounter with the Tamang and Sherpa communities living in this region. Along the way, the trails take you to the age-old monastery in Na Gaon, where Buddhist Guru Padma Sambhava is believed to have meditated for a long time. Later, the trail goes on to the famous lake known as Tsho Rolpa, whose tranquility cannot be described in words.

After a thorough exploration of the Rolwaling valley, the trek moves on to a frozen high pass that connects the Rolwaling region with the Khumbu region. A tough climb across Tashi Lapsta La (5755m) gives you a stunning panorama of Everest (8848m) and other mountains of the Khumbu region.

The trail following the course of the river Tamakoshi on the way to Simi gaon adds an exciting element to your trekking experience. This trail offers a lifetime of experience, as the glacier lake Tsho-Rolpo is a sight to behold. Traversing through the Sagarmatha National Park, the trek reaches many Sherpa villages in Khumbu, including Namche Bazaar, before coming to an end at Lukla.

This trek offers a unique opportunity to experience both the quiet and the busy trails of the Himalayas, giving you the ultimate Himalayan experience. The Rolwaling trek is not for the faint-hearted, but for those who are up for a challenge, it is an experience like no other.
