Embark on a short camping trip to Ganesh Himal Trek in Nepal, which takes you on a remote and less-traveled path away from the crowds in the central Himalayan range. The trek will offer you an opportunity to walk through culturally rich and unspoiled ethnic villages and dense forests. The main attraction of the trek is the stunning Himalayan flora and fauna set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Ganesh, Manasalu, and Langtang mountain ranges.

The trek is a moderate-level trek, which also allows you to explore diverse cultural and topographical aspects of Nepal. A medically trained trek guide accompanied by a supporting trek crew will lead you on this trek, and you will be provided with full board meals, tea, and coffee during the trek. The trek package also includes arrangements for hotel accommodation, transportation, and permits. You will need to carry the required trek gear as per the guidelines.

The Ganesh Himal trek offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore the central northern region of Nepal in the Dhading district, providing an unforgettable experience amidst the least explored areas of the Himalayas. The trek is perfect for people of all ages who wish to experience the remote Nepali lifestyle with homestays, while also providing an opportunity to see the spectacular mountains and the traditions and cultures of several ethnic groups typical to this region.

The trek begins with a six to seven-hour drive from Kathmandu to Balche, followed by a 10-day trek through lush subtropical forests, ethnic villages, and alpine meadows to glacial regions under the snowcapped mountains. The trek region is teeming with wildlife and provides fantastic views of the Ganesh Himal range, Mount Manasalu, Tibet range, Langtang, and Annapurna, in addition to picturesque waterfalls, dramatic landscapes, towering cliffs, and amazing rock formations.

The online briefing, conducted once either online or in person, will clear all your doubts about the trek, including things to bring (equipment checklist) for the hike, the itinerary details, and what you can expect on the trails. As soon as you complete the booking, we will email you the available date and time for the trek briefing.

Overall, the Ganesh Himal trek is a comprehensive and awe-inspiring experience that will leave you with memories to last a lifetime.
